Group Exercise Classes
Group Exercise in Northampton with Aspire Personal Training!

I offer a wide variety of Fitness Classes in Northampton and the surrounding area, including Aerobics, Legs, Bums & Tums, Circuits & Indoor Cycling. These take place as follows:
Aerobics Mondays 9am
Legs, Bums & Tums Tuesdays 9.30am
Aerotone Tuesdays 6.30pm
Circuits Fridays 9.15am
Boot Camp Sundays 9.45am
These exercise classes in Long Buckby, take place at Buckby Health & Leisure, and are available to members of the public, at a rate of £4 per class (discounts are available for multiple bookings)
All Group Exercise Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Options can be given throughout the classes to accomodate EVERYONE, including beginners, pregnant and injured clients, as well as more advanced individuals!
I am also a regular instructor of BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYBALANCE and Aqua exercise sessions.
